How we ship your orders
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
All ceramic work is packaged with great care and parcels will be sent with sufficient purchase cover through Australia Post. Pieces will be packed within 1-7 days from date of purchase. Please note that I'm located in regional WA and domestic delivery may take 5-14 days. You WILL receive a tracking number in your email so you can keep an eye out for the Slow Earth treasures coming your way.
*Free local pickup is available for customers in the Carnavon area, Western Australia 6701. At check out choose PICK UP as your delivery option and include your PHONE number for ease of collection. Please note we're only open by arrangement. You'll receive further details via email.
International shipping
At the moment, the shop is set up for delivery in Australia and to the Netherlands. For all other locations, please email us at hello@slowearthceramics.com to enquire about delivery options for your country.
Any costs related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. There are NO taxes charged/ included in your purchase price or shipping rate. Please make sure you are aware of any additional international taxes which may apply to your delivery, e.g., import duties, VAT, handling fees.

Larger orders
Orders over 5kg will receive a seperate invoice with a custom shipping quote. Please note this invoice will be additional to your purchase payment. In the event you wish to cancel your order upon receiving the shipping quote, a full refund will be given.

Compensation
In case your pieces are damaged through transit, please keep the broken items, all of the packaging and get in touch with Australia Post ASAP (or you local carrier when international). You will be able to make a claim for the damaged item through Australia Post. Please let me know when this happens so I can prioritise a replacement order when preferred and/ or offer any help needed with the claim process.
