How we handle your Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on all SHIPPED items due to the intricacy of securely packaging your ceramic ware.
Local returns are possible, IN PERSON, WITHIN 10 days of your purchase. Please contact us before returning your item. To be ELIGIBLE for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be returned in the original packaging and proof of purchase is required. Your account will be credited or you may receive a store credit, ONLY after your refund is approved.
Please CHECK our shipping policy for how to receive compensation in the unlucky case your pieces are damaged through transit. Your parcel will be sent with sufficient purchase cover through Australia Post.
If you believe there is a defect or fault with your purchase, please contact us within ONE WEEK of receiving your purchase.
Please bear in mind that every piece is individually handmade and therefore will have slight varations, marks or imperfections. This will not take away from the functionality or quality of the piece but rather add to it's unique character. The colors displayed in the pictures may lightly vary from the actual colors due to individual screen settings.
